Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and sales data.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
- PTCB certification.
- Knowledge of store inventory control.
