Position Overview

As part of our event and retail team, you will experience the excitement of interacting with customers while utilizing your communication skills to assist with community scheduling needs.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid in the setup of events and booths, which includes organizing displays and preparing marketing materials (ability to lift a small collapsible table or manage a popup tent may be required, but not at every location)
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm in engaging conversations with guests using your interpersonal skills
  • Schedule consultations for customers with design consultants regarding the products offered by Andersen
  • Maintain an energetic and approachable demeanor throughout your scheduled shifts (you represent the company in this capacity)
