We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our Medical Center team at Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community in Jenkintown.
Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the total nursing needs of residents are met while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." This role involves supervising a team of care partners and developing assignments to ensure resident care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm
- Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
- Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care
- Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction
- Current RN license (or obtaining within 90 days) in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care
- Prior supervisory experience
