Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver CDL Class A to join our team at Haul USA in Sarasota, FL. As a part-time driver, you will be responsible for delivering freight to various locations in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
  • Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs
  • Loading and unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
Benefits
  • Weekly pay of $586 or more
  • Hourly pay of $24.50 per hour plus $4.80 per hour health and welfare stipend
  • Hours per week: 5-6 days per week
  • Schedule: Sunday-Saturday operation
  • Start time: 3:00 PM
