Responsibilities:- Provide medical management and patient education to adult patients with diabetes and weight management needs.
- Manage the use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors, and related diabetes technology.
- Work collaboratively with our team of top endocrinologists to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participate in telehealth and in-person work to provide convenient and accessible care to patients.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program or Nursing School.
- 6 months of work experience in a related field.
- Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NY State.
