Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and teaching others specialized knowledge and skills necessary to perform techniques and routines in the geriatrics area of specialty. You will act as a preceptor and resource for department processes, providing operational management of daily patient care services to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction with a focus on PACT. Additionally, you will assess, monitor, and evaluate systems for delivery of care, leading/participating in departmental performance improvement activities and integration of services.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of general nursing experience; licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas; CPR certification upon hire and registration as a Registered Nurse upon hire. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. One year of supervisory experience is also desirable.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000-$120,000, depending on experience.
