Key Responsibilities
  • Reports directly to top management and plays a key role in shaping the company's technical vision.
  • Leverages strong leadership skills to develop and manage a high-performing team of Designers, Project Engineers, and Installation Technicians.
  • Ensures seamless execution of projects from planning to completion, verifying compliance with engineering best practices.
  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Develops and implements department policies and procedures.
  • Provides account management, solutions, quotes, and project management services.
  • Travels up to 15% of the time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in management, with a proven track record in engineering leadership and project management.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for innovation.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Eligibility

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship. US citizens and Green Card holders are eligible. We do not provide relocation assistance for those living outside the continental US.
