IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Business Leaders and IT Teams to set project requirements, designs, and schedules.
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring completion by guiding team members and removing barriers.
- Engage stakeholders, managing expectations and maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mitigate risks, identifying and taking actions to reduce project risks.
- Effective Communicator: Motivate and guide team members towards project goals.
- Clear Direction Setter: Drive out ambiguity and set clear directions.
- Collaborative Influencer: Work effectively across the organization.
- Holistic IT Perspective: Bring comprehensive IT solutions to business challenges.
- Quick Learner: Stay current with new business functionalities and IT industry trends.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of five years leading professionals and projects.
- Agile Expertise: Practical knowledge of scaling agile methods and/or Hybrid PM models.
- Agile Practices: Experience guiding teams on agile practices.
