Project Director

RBS Holdings LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction of custom pools in Celina, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight of all construction phases to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
• Supervise in-house crews and subcontractors to guarantee exceptional workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Make informed decisions regarding construction details, budget, and timing to meet client expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients regarding project progress and changes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to handle 15 to 20 jobs at a time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in pool construction or a related industry, with job site supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of construction plans and ability to read and interpret them.
• Availability to work some Saturdays required.
