About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is a global leader in HR Solutions and Accounting and Finance provider. We're proud to be a part of the Adecco Group, a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire positions for our clients. You'll work closely with candidates to understand their needs and apply your industry expertise to make matches that drive business results.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the face of our company, working with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences. You'll use your knowledge of the industry and your expertise in recruitment to find the best candidates for our clients. You'll be responsible for managing multiple job orders, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews. You'll also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the candidates we provide.

Salary and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission. Benefit offerings for full-time employment may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave, and holiday pay.
