About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Clerk. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing information about our services and promotions.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
