AWS Data Center Sourcing and Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our Infrastructure Services team, you will be responsible for driving large-scale process improvements focused on construction, energy, and power supply chains.
With a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and operations, you will work collaboratively with multiple business units to ensure alignment between business priorities and goals. Your expertise in supply chain risk mitigation and supplier enhancement strategies will be crucial in developing and implementing key initiatives and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive large-scale process improvements focused on construction, energy, and power supply chains
- Manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Think strategically, analytically, and execute methodically
- Influence teams to adopt change utilizing smart technologies
- Work in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity exists and continuous innovation is desired
- Commit to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
- Analyze and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager/owner mentality
- Develop and implement supply chain risk mitigation and supplier enhancement strategies
