Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will examine, evaluate, test, and work to alleviate mechanical, physiological, or developmental impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or other health and movement-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients using advanced/specialized tests and measurements to determine the physical therapy problem/level of function and the expected discharge environment.
  • Promote and utilize appropriate patient care protocols relating to the physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs of neonatal and pediatric patients.
  • Establish a treatment plan based on evaluation findings, patient/family, referring practitioner, and therapist's goals.
  • Perform advanced/specialized physical therapy techniques and procedures.
  • Treat patients with complex problems, consult on difficult cases for staff and referring practitioners.
  • Document findings, patient progress, and procedures performed, and time required.
  • Instruct patient/families in home programs.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and achieve designated productivity standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited program with a minimum Bachelor's Degree, Master's or Doctorate preferred.
  • Licensed, or eligible, in the state of Illinois with Notification of eligibility for examination.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
