We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Allmed Staffing Inc.

About the Role:

• Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication with our healthcare providers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient referral processes.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare or patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual candidates with experience in electronic medical records (eCW) are highly preferred.
