Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
  • Proven expertise in seismic and wind load analysis.
  • Strong ability to identify load paths across various structures.
  • Familiarity with structural engineering and analysis software tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes including ASCE 7, IBC, ACI, AISC, and NDS.
  • Capability to devise and propose design solutions for structural challenges.
  • Ability to outline a design roadmap at project commencement.
  • Skill in accurately estimating engineering hours necessary for design tasks.
  • Willingness and ability to learn rapidly.
  • Strong organizational, task management, and time management skills.
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) drafting and structural steel detailing.
