Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide guidance and oversight for clients during the entire e-discovery life cycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver electronic discovery projects, facilitating communication and collaboration between and among clients and their respective resources.
  3. Consult and coordinate the collection, management, review, processing, and/or production of electronically stored information (ESI), providing clients with the highest level of daily status, data integrity, and service quality.
  4. Gather, document, and coordinate project specifications from the client, ensuring requirements and timelines are understood.
  5. Identify and manage issues and risks as appropriate, utilizing critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to communicate cost-effective solutions to clients.
  6. Perform quality control and quality assurance of project data prior to client delivery, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  7. Document project expectations with the formal statements of work along with project specifications and design documentation.
  8. Possess a strong working knowledge of Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) and e-discovery review platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, or a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in the litigation support/legal industry.
  • 2-3 years of Project Management experience with on-time deliverables and strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

Working Conditions

This is an exempt position, and normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The candidate who fills this position is expected to work the number of hours necessary to accomplish assigned responsibilities.
