Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, family members, and staff
  • Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital standards
  • Prepare and serve food in a timely and efficient manner
  • Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • National Food Handler Card
  • 1 year of experience in retail dining or patient dining, with a focus on customer service and food handling
  • 1 year of computer experience, patient interaction, and food service experience
  • Experience in a healthcare facility or large food service operation
  • 1 year of experience in a dietary kitchen using therapeutic diets
  • 1 year of cashiering experience
  • 1 year of barista experience
