We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in a bustling walk-in clinic setting. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in both Mandarin or Cantonese and English, providing an excellent opportunity for new graduates as well as experienced professionals.
Clinic Details- Collaborative practice with 5 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and 2 physician assistants.
- Operating hours are from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, six days a week, with Friday afternoons off.
- Utilizing eClinicalWorks as our electronic medical record system.
- Patient consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes each.
- Shared facilities include 6 exam rooms, fostering a supportive environment.
- Daily patient volume ranges from 25 to 30, primarily focusing on acute care.
- Medical assistants are available to assist with patient intake and care procedures.
- Procedures include suturing, EKGs, I&D, hearing and vision tests, ultrasounds, and pap smears.
- Comprehensive training is provided for all new hires.
- Patient demographics include individuals aged 12 and older.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- National certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential.
- A passion for a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Interest in primary care or urgent care settings.
- Availability for at least one weekend shift per week.
- Flexible scheduling options available, allowing for 1 to 5 shifts weekly.
- Strong experience with electronic medical records, particularly with eClinicalWorks.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $55 to $70.
