Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of servers and hosts/hostesses to ensure exceptional guest service and a seamless dining experience.
  • Manage the front of house operations, including seating, expediting, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure that team members are meeting expectations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure that all team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food.
  • High school graduate, some college.
  • Previous supervisor experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Food Handler Card.
  • Ability to communicate in a satisfactory manner, both verbal and written English.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly when providing service to guests.
  • Ability to focus attention on performance of tasks despite frequent stressful or unusual interruptions.
  • Ability to suggestively sell menu items and beverages.
  • Ability to converse calmly with irate guests, co-workers, or supervisors in sometimes tense situations.
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain complete knowledge of the front of house standards.
  • Correct maintenance and use of food serving/preparation equipment.
  • Experience with Point-of-sale procedures.
