Senior Construction Leadership Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Oversight Director to join our team and take on the challenge of leading our large commercial projects from start to finish. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing project strategies, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans as needed
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in construction project oversight, preferably with a focus on large commercial projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, and Vista
Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience
