About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Actalent. As a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in initiating and activating clinical trial protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory and institutional standards, and providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Protocol Activation office to ensure seamless protocol initiation and activation
  • Review and analyze clinical trial protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional standards
  • Provide nursing education and training to research staff and healthcare professionals
  • Manage clinical information and data to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Patient accrual and clinical nursing responsibilities
  • Study responsibilities, including protocol development and implementation
  • Maintain professional development and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a clinical research nurse or 2+ years of oncology nursing experience
  • Experience with Oncore Study-start up task list
  • Ability to handle patient charts and medical history review
  • Experience with IRB, GCP, and institutional policies
  • Familiarity with National Cancer Institute (NCI) common toxicity criteria
  • Knowledge of Serious/Unexpected Adverse Event (SAE) reporting
  • Competence in computerized systems (Sunrise Disease/Clinical Manager, IDX, TDS, Medical Records database)
