Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage reservations, take orders, and messages with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate guest counts and wait times, ensuring timely seating and service
  • Assist with Coat Check duties as directed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs with patience and courtesy
  • Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations, anticipating and meeting their needs
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move safely through the restaurant, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends
