About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at True Food Kitchen. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, making them feel comfortable and at ease
  • Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists with efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
