Position Overview
The Senior Recruiting Specialist plays a crucial role in the complete recruitment cycle, managing various job openings and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and select top-tier talent for REDW.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates to fill open positions and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a high-performing workforce.
- Implement organizational talent management strategies related to recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance candidate engagement and recruitment efforts.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across all locations, partnering with department heads to assess needs and fulfill open positions effectively.

Candidate Experience
- Ensure an exceptional experience for both internal and external candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve hiring processes to attract high-quality candidates.

Reporting and Monitoring
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress through weekly and monthly reports to internal stakeholders.
- Track recruitment activities and set hiring priorities to optimize recruitment efforts.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Certifications
- An Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP are advantageous.
