Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, evidence-based practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent and American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are required within 90 days of hire.
