Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a part-time on-site Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Froedtert Workforce Health team. This role will require working at multiple locations, including Vilter Manufacturing and Appleton Electric. Our clinics are state-of-the-art facilities that offer a variety of preventive and primary care services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred for Nurse Practitioners.
- A bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies is required for Physician Assistants.
- Current state certification as a PA or APNP is required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent is required upon hire.
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration are required or must be eligible to obtain.
