Overview:
The Lead Analyst, Philanthropic Engagement Program, is tasked with assessing and pinpointing potential contributors for the Philanthropic Engagement Program while ensuring the systematic organization and maintenance of donor information within the database.
This role involves delivering sophisticated, proactive, and reactive research on potential donors and conveying this intelligence to relevant fundraising personnel, developing comprehensive reports, strategizing initiatives, and providing informed recommendations.
The Lead Analyst will uphold the precision and reliability of the donor database, collaborating closely with the Director of Advancement Services and fundraising teams to support the achievement of departmental objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity or a comparable role that supports technological solutions.
Any suitable combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be taken into account.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proficiency in developing dashboards utilizing data visualization tools.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAOP, CCBA).
- Familiarity with Affinaquest's Advancement CRM.
