JOB OVERVIEW:
The Manufacturing Production Specialist plays a vital role in the creation of our premium inks and pigment products.
In this position, you will gain expertise across various functions within the production team, including the handling and processing of raw materials, operating diverse machinery to facilitate the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality, and managing customer shipments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for producing batches of pigments or inks safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards.
Operating production machinery to deliver high-quality products in line with established protocols.
Adhering to all safety guidelines and completing necessary safety training.
Utilizing material handling equipment, such as hoists and forklifts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred experience in a manufacturing setting with machinery operation.
Comfortable with hoists and/or forklifts.
Must be able to wear an N-95 Mask
Completion of drug and background checks is mandatory.

1st Shift 8 am-4:30 pm temp to hire
Basic computer skills with an understanding of electronic batch ticketing (EBT) systems and a quick learning ability: Capacity to follow instructions and collaborate effectively in a team, strong verbal and written communication skills, mathematical skills with the ability to work with percentages, capable of lifting 55+ lbs. repeatedly and standing for extended periods, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly along with overtime.
