We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and be proficient in quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and protocols
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, such as defect rates and customer complaints
  • Collaborating with engineering, production, and other departments to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Utilizing quality tools and methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
