Position Summary:
We seek a proficient Creative Content Specialist to generate high-quality, engaging material tailored for our B2B clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of B2B marketing, exceptional writing capabilities, and the aptitude to convey intricate concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. This position will be pivotal in shaping our content strategy and leading our first public relations effort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate our first public relations campaign by crafting a detailed content strategy aimed at enhancing brand visibility and positioning our organization as an industry thought leader.
  • Create diverse content formats, including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, press announcements, social media posts, and email communications.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to produce technically accurate and insightful material.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to guide content development.
  • Optimize content for search engines and ensure alignment with our broader marketing goals.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content channels.
  • Edit and proofread content to guarantee high quality and compliance with brand standards.
  • Oversee the content calendar and ensure the timely delivery of all content pieces.
  • Evaluate content performance metrics and leverage insights to enhance future content strategies.
  • Work with the design team to ensure appropriate visual elements accompany written content.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation or a similar role.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, engaging content across various channels and formats.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices is advantageous.
  • Experience in formulating and executing public relations strategies is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of content management systems.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to assess content performance is a plus.
