Transmission & Distribution Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transmission & Distribution Superintendent to join our team at Talascend. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safe, timely, and profitable completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise specific portions of construction work, including high voltage transmission lines, substation equipment, and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities, ensuring contractual compliance and efficient project execution.
- Develop and implement project procedures, standards, and documentation in collaboration with project management.
- Ensure overall project safety, reviewing safety documentation and completing daily field reports.
- Assess future work activities, identify concerns, and develop necessary corrective actions.
- Manage subcontractors, verify material deliveries, and coordinate equipment setting and alignment.
- Oversee craft supervision, staffing, and project site material management.
- Read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned, complying with all company policies and standards.
- High School diploma is required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of construction management experience or craft supervision experience on T&D projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and safety skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, including the company's driving requirements.
