Automotive Sales Professional

As an e-Commerce Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey in our no-haggle sales environment.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Respond to leads in a timely manner, answer questions, and provide information to guide customers from initial contact to in-store experience.
- Negotiate terms to ensure payment options meet customers' lifestyles, budgets, and expectations.
- Close deals and provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to follow up with customers.
- Experience and desire to work with technology.
- Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
