Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Hospice program, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with diverse medical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
  • One year experience as a registered nurse, preferred
  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
  • Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role, preferred
  • Meet the regulations and requirements of the state(s) in which program provides services
