Accounting and HR Assistant Position Overview

We are looking for a committed professional to support our accounting operations while also managing human resources responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile financial statements and credit transactions
  • Utilize a Purchase Order system effectively
  • Understand and apply job costing principles
  • Assist with collections management (preferred)
  • Familiarize with software systems for insurance restoration
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in Excel (preferred)
  • Practice effective time management techniques
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Communicate and organize tasks efficiently
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with HR onboarding and payroll systems (preferred)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years in accounts payable and receivable
  • At least 3 years of experience reconciling financial statements
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
