Position Summary

The Landscape Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities related to landscaping, renovation, and maintenance of assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive company vehicles as required.
  • Engage in various tasks involving physical labor for landscape, irrigation, or enhancement projects.
  • Prepare surfaces for paving as part of landscape maintenance.
  • Maintain a tidy job site by securing tools and equipment daily to prevent hazards.
  • Handle and store materials appropriately.
  • Load and unload trucks, transporting materials as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and incident reporting procedures.
  • Operate power mowers, trimmers, and blowers effectively.
  • Prune shrubs and trees safely to promote healthy growth.
  • Execute tasks such as laying sod, planting, mowing, trimming, digging, raking, mulching, and installing sprinklers.
  • Maintain flower beds and perform weeding as necessary.
  • Ensure a courteous and responsive demeanor with clients.
  • Report issues to the foreman or appropriate personnel.
  • Uphold company policies and core values consistently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Minimum age of 18 years
- At least 2 years of experience in landscaping
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
