Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Leader to join our team at Bonobos. As a Retail Sales Leader, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maximizing personal sales results, and coaching guides to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service, product knowledge, and fit expertise.
  • Sales Performance: Maximize personal sales results by meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing coaching and guidance to guides to achieve sales goals.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor guides to provide an exceptional customer experience, and lead by example to inspire a culture of excellence.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute closing and opening duties, and support expense budget, payroll control, and procedural compliance for the Guideshop.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of mens fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mens Fashion Expertise: Know or want to learn as much as possible about mens fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.
  • Leadership Skills: Cultivate an environment of genuine connection where all customers and associates feel welcome, heard, and valued.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Are enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring a team and inspired to lead by example.
  • Communication Skills: Strong time management, organizational skills, and skilled at written and verbal communication.
