We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Cardiovascular Services team at Veracity. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing all aspects of Cardiovascular operations, including managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, and preparing and maintaining accreditation and accountability for the program's budget and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Prepare and maintain accreditation and accountability for the program's budget and productivity.
- Foster strong relationships with hospital providers to facilitate collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
- Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license required.
- Seven years healthcare experience with at least three years experience in a leadership role.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA) strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred.
- Experience building a team focused on quality initiatives.
- Experience facilitating relationships with hospital providers.
