Quality Assurance Specialist

Milo's Tea Company is a leading beverage manufacturer committed to excellence in quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers.


  • Ensure all products meet Milo's quality standards through regular sampling and testing.
  • Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve product quality and reduce waste.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance quality control skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., food science, chemistry, biology).
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and SQF requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
