We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Telecommunications Assistant to support our team. This role involves telephone duties, ordering supplies, preparing marketing materials, documentation, and reports.

  • Greeting clients, answering the telephone, making follow-up calls, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Preparing real estate forms and documents, coordinating showings, and obtaining feedback from clients.
  • Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials, and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Maintaining a client database, preparing reports, and assisting with closing processes.
  • Making cold calls to potential clients, using strong communication skills to build relationships.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary for success in this role.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Strong numeracy and organizational skills are required.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail is vital in this role.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in telecommunications industry, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong numeracy and organizational skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.

Compensation: $42,000 per year
