Cultivation Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cultivation Team Member to join our team at Parallel. As a key member of our Cultivation Department, you will play a critical role in the growth and cultivation of medical and recreational cannabis.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized cultivation environment, adhering to Parallels Policies & Procedures and state regulations.
- Work closely with the Cultivation Supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless cultivation and production processes.
- Provide water and nutrients to plants, accurately measuring and recording their needs.
- Assist in transplants, restocking of vegetative rooms, and transferring plants to flower rooms.
- Set up trellis and tie up plant limbs as needed.
- Complete logbooks accurately and consistently check plant weights to ensure proper saturation levels.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the Cultivation Supervisors.
- Age 21 or older.
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID.
- Ability to calculate and record measurements.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret directions in English.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to focus and be task-oriented, completing tasks with minimal oversight.
- Ability to take direction well and possess great communication skills.
- Must be proficient with measurements at all times.
- Ability to work independently or as a team member, be organized, and have extreme attention to detail.
- Minimum of 6+ months agricultural or cultivation experience, specifically with cannabis.
- Ability to work in an indoor growing environment with dry, hot, and humid conditions and extended exposure to monitored Co2 environments.
- Requires the ability to stand, kneel, sit, or stoop for prolonged periods of time, with constant attention to detail for 10 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and up to 80lbs assisted.
- Ability to perform dexterous hand movement for 8-10 hours per day.
- Ability to wear required PPE for the duration of the shift.
- Self-motivation and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Able to work fast and be flexible in a rapidly changing industry.
