This individual must possess exceptional client service and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and handle payment and financial issues with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and uphold the core values and mission statement of Mission Veterinary Partners.
- Greet clients and pets by name with a smile and a positive attitude, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
- Answer client inquiries about animal care, routine procedures, and veterinary services, providing knowledgeable advice and guidance.
- Schedule appointments and surgeries, making confirmation calls and ensuring accurate medical records.
- Process payments, handle financial transactions, and verify client eligibility for charge accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated commitment to the core values and mission of Mission Veterinary Partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff.
