Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and uphold the core values and mission statement of Mission Veterinary Partners.
  • Greet clients and pets by name with a smile and a positive attitude, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Answer client inquiries about animal care, routine procedures, and veterinary services, providing knowledgeable advice and guidance.
  • Schedule appointments and surgeries, making confirmation calls and ensuring accurate medical records.
  • Process payments, handle financial transactions, and verify client eligibility for charge accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
