Production Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at The Salvation Army Family Store in Fort Wayne, IN. As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in processing donated goods, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort, tag, and price merchandise according to Salvation Army procedures.
  • Track production numbers and report to the assigned location.
  • Move priced merchandise to the floor for display and stocking, or to the designated shipping location in the warehouse.
  • Assist donors with donations, complete donation receipts, and collect donor information.
  • Power sort donations into the correct bins.
  • Receive ARC Center trucks and assist with loading, unloading, and moving product to the correct departments.
  • Maintain clean work and storage spaces, adhering to Salvation Army policies.
  • Assist in keeping the floor stocked and put new merchandise out as assigned, working to meet production goals.
Requirements:
  • Availability for a flexible schedule.
