POSITION SUMMARY:

The cafe team is essential in delivering a delightful coffee experience to our patrons. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, crafting beverages and food items, managing transactions, and ensuring the cleanliness of the cafe environment.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Delivering outstanding service within the cafe
  • Crafting coffee beverages in accordance with company standards
  • Providing assistance to customers with respect and professionalism
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Participating in training sessions for skill enhancement

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred qualifications include 6 months to 1 year of experience in espresso preparation and customer service within a food service or retail environment.

Salary Description: $16.17 Plus Tips (Starting)
