Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Aviation Repair Station Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our repair station. This includes developing and maintaining repair schedules, collaborating with engineering and production teams, and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain repair schedules for aircraft components and systems, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to prioritize and streamline repair operations.
- Ensure all repair activities comply with FAA regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repair activities, schedules, and resources; assist in the preparation of reports for management.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in aviation maintenance, repair, planning, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong computer skills specifically in data entry and record keeping.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
