Role Overview
As a Floor Maintenance Specialist, you will be involved in comprehensive floor care activities: stripping, waxing, burnishing, sealing, and more. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously or collaborate within a small team of 2-3 technicians.

Key Qualifications
We appreciate individuals who possess experience yet are eager to acquire new skills:
  • Prioritize safety as our foremost objective in all tasks
  • Skilled in operating and maintaining floor cleaning and finishing equipment such as buffers, burnishers, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning devices
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in high-traffic areas is advantageous
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be vaccinated for COVID-19
