Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our bakery products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bakery area and surrounding shelves.
  • Ensure that all bakery products are properly stored, rotated, and displayed to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking bakery products, including breaking down deliveries and rotating stock.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory levels.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
