Key Responsibilities- Partner with families and individuals to assess their housing needs and develop personalized plans to achieve stable housing.
- Negotiate with landlords and property managers to secure affordable housing options.
- Provide education and support on budgeting, tenant rights, and responsibilities to promote housing sustainability.
- Collaborate with community resources and social services to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Document and track client progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for success.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with families and individuals in need of housing support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust with clients and community partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
