Our interprofessional medical ICU team is committed to delivering specialized nursing care to patients in a compassionate and family-centered manner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

- Competence in critical care nursing practices
- A commitment to personal and professional growth as a leader
Onboarding will include formal leadership training to equip the ANM with the necessary skills for success.
QualificationsApplicants must possess a BSN or be enrolled in a BSN program from an accredited institution, along with an active New York State nursing license in good standing. A minimum of five years of RN experience is required.
This position is integral to the unit/service leadership team, focusing on developing care standards and objectives while providing expert consultation in patient care delivery.
CompensationThe annual salary range for this position is $94,058 - $124,280. Individual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including market data, education, experience, and qualifications.
Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a schedule that includes day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends, holidays, and on-call duties as per unit policy.
