Position Overview

We are seeking an Electromagnetic (EM) subject matter expert with expertise in RF antenna measurement to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Setting up and conducting tests in our EM lab
  • Maintaining test equipment and analyzing results
  • Hands-on experience with RF antennas, measurement instruments, and a strong understanding of electromagnetic principles
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Five years of experience in antenna measurement chamber design and operation
  • Two years of experience using Keysight Technologies brand RF measurement equipment
  • One year of experience with electronic devices such as transmitters, receivers, power supplies, and audio/video recorders
  • Two years of experience working with far-field antenna measurement chambers
  • Demonstrated experience in RF cable/connector assemblies and IPC J-STD-001 Requirements of Soldering Electrical and Electronic Assemblies certification
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electromagnetics
  • Programming experience in Visual Basic or equivalent training
  • Demonstrated experience in Python programming language
  • Experience working in spherical, cylindrical, and/or planar near-field antenna measurement chambers
  • Experience with the MITS Electronics Precision milling machine and LPKF ProtoLaser U3
