Compensation Specialist

RICH TRANSPORT LLC is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the organization's payroll functions, ensuring timely, accurate processing, and compliance with government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain payroll processing systems for efficient and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
- Manage payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and best practices.
- Facilitate audits by providing documentation.
- Analyze payroll software and recommend updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About This Role:
This role requires a strong understanding of the payroll function, excellent organizational skills, and analytical abilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in related roles, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development within RICH TRANSPORT LLC.
